Kissing Paris

Kissing Paris -  a new feature film written and directed by Anna Kannava, starring Natalie Vella with John Forman, Paul La Pierre, Olivier Sandberg, Remi Jaladieu, and Petra Glieson.

In an old suitcase, Claire finds some letters written to her mother in the late 60’s by a lover she met whilst in Paris. This awakens in Claire a yearning for a romantic passion so she leaves a safe relationship back in Australia in search of her mother¹s footsteps in Paris, hoping to fulfill what she is missing in her own life.

Produced with the assistance of the Australian Film Commission through Digital strand X "kissing Paris" was shot on location in Melbourne, Australia, and Paris, France. Unique because with a very small creative team and on a tiny budget Kissing Paris faced the challenge of making a feature film under very small constraints.

We are pleased to announce that Kissing Paris has been selected for the Brisbane International Film Festival for the 2008 program.

The Sexy International Film Festival

The SEXY INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL, created by Filmmaker Jason Turley (Welcome Stranger) is a week long event held each September in Melbourne with a ‘best of’ programme touring Perth in October then London, Paris, New York AND San Francisco in November. The festival showcases shorts and features from across the globe which explore love, relationships and sexuality. The festival has a competition, the sexy awards, with framed certificates and prizes donated by sponsors up for grabs. Call for Entries NOW till June 30.
